BookCar is an early version run by one person. Email is read and answered by hand, so there are no service hours and no response time we can promise yet.
Write to hello@bookcar.online. It is the only channel: there is no phone line, no contact form, and nobody watching a queue overnight. Include the route and date of the ride you mean, and the other person's display name if your message is about them, so the ride can be found.
If something is happening right now
Email is not the place for an emergency. In the Philippines, call 911. You can also cancel a booking yourself at any time from My trips, without asking us first.
Reporting another member
Open the conversation under Messages: Report sends it to moderation, and Block stops the two of you messaging or booking each other, which you can undo from your account. If it is about something outside a conversation, or you cannot get to one, email hello@bookcar.online with the route, the date, and the other person's display name. Either way it reaches the same person, and what can be done today is limited to removing a ride or an account.
Still to come
The site still needs an operator name, a business address, and a response time we can publish and keep to. They are requirements in the project plan, not options, and they are not in place yet.
